The macaron quest - Hugo & Victor, 40 Boulevard Raspail

I absolutely love macarons. I think it is the most amazing little cake ever made. Here in Paris it is a cake that can be found in almost all boulangeries, but where can you buy the best macarons in town?

I am still early in my quest, but I visited the amazing store Hugo & Victor (http://www.hugovictor.com/). It is a beautiful, gastronomic chocolat and bakery store that makes amazing macarons.

It will not be my last visit....
